Balloons need to be delivered/picked up the same day as your event. After 12 hours the lettering (vinyl) on the balloon starts to wrinkle. Please be mindful of this when you are placing your order and selecting delivery/pickup date.

We recommend the pickup of this items be made in SUV or mini van with the seats down.
