Payment Policy

The Customer may choose the payment option that best suits their needs. Keep in mind that transfers take longer than other payment methods to be verified, for this reason we recommend placing your order in advance if you decide to use this means of payment. The payment methods available on our website are:

Credit Card: Secure payment via credit card. You will be redirected to the bank’s website securely.

PayPal: After confirming the order the customer will be taken to the website of PayPal taking advantage of its secure payment platform. Once the payment process is done, you will be redirected back to the store.

Bank Transfer: You will be redirected to the bank’s website securely.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Deliveries: If the customer chooses to pick up any of our arrangements or decoration in our facilities must consider the following:

You must provide the full name and contact telephone number of the person who is going to make the withdrawal of the arrangement, on the day and in the established time range.

The person collecting the arrangement must have time to receive the delivery. We also recommend you make the collection in a large cart so that the products do not suffer any type of damage.

Shipments: We do not have a fixed delivery time. The client must choose whether to want the morning shift from 8.00am to 12.00pm or late night from 1.00pm to 7.00pm. We cannot indicate an estimated delivery time; this will be made in the course of the corresponding time that you have chosen.

If it is your choice to pick up the products in our store, take into consideration that they are delicate, they must have a suitable and unoccupied vehicle for the

transfer. We are not responsible for the handling and final result in which your products may reach you if you do not take into consideration the advice set out above.

Latex balloons with helium have a duration of approx. 8 hours, in Kalandra Decor we guarantee their durability of 48 hours. Microfoil or metallized balloons will

last more than 7 days, depending on weather conditions and treatment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Customer may cancel an order in its entirety, provided that he does so with sufficient time in advance, that is, before the order is processed and

elaborated in the case of the decorations made with balloons. In the event that the Customer has already made the payment, the corresponding amount will be

refunded in full through the same payment method used to place the order, in the shortest possible time only if the order has not been processed. If the

order has already been prepared but the shipment has not yet been made, 50% of the payment made will be refunded.

The Customer may partially cancel an order, i.e., delete any of the items initially ordered, provided that the products have not yet been made available to the

courier company or taken to the point of withdrawal, or the services have not been made available to the Customer. In the event that the Customer has already

made the payment, the amount corresponding to the cancelled items will be returned through a discount coupon to be used in future purchases, which will

be sent to the Customer by e-mail as soon as possible and will appear in the “My account” section of the Customer.

When the Customer formalizes an order and chooses as a payment method bank transfer / deposit in account, he undertakes to make the payment and inform Kalandra Decor within a maximum period of 5 business days. All unpaid orders at the end of the 5 working day period will be automatically cancelled.

 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey in the United States of America, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared illegal, or has a vacuum, or for any reason is unenforceable, it

must be interpreted within the framework of the same and in any case will not affect the validity and applicability of the remaining provisions.
